Ingredients
1 Piece | 16 Oz Pizza Dough Ball |
---|---|
8 oz | Shredded Mozzarella Cheese |
4 oz | Spinach |
1 oz | Pre-cooked Bacon |
18 oz | Crushed Tomatoes |
1 oz | Parmesan Cheese |
1 Pinch | Salt And Pepper |
1 Pinch | Oregano |
1 oz | Chopped Garlic |
Directions
1 | Oil a 12" cake pan. |

2 | Roll out the dough ball into a 14" circle and place it into the pan so that the dough comes up along the side. |
3 | Add ingredients in the following order: shredded mozzarella, spinach, bacon and tomato. |
4 | Sprinkle on salt, pepper, oregano and garlic. |
5 | Add Parmesan cheese. |
6 | Drizzle with olive oil. |
7 | Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes in a convection oven. |
